What I Do

I’m here to help you make good changes - that really last.
 

As a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, I specialise in exploring why you aren’t living your healthiest or best life – and support you to get there.


My approach is a ‘whole person’ one. I’ll dig deep into your lifestyle, as well as your wants and needs and work with you to get real results.  


Through making changes to habits, reframing perspectives, and using proven techniques, I’ll help you to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to improve your everyday. 


I’ll give you time, accountability, and a safe space to talk, think and explore your own self, without any judgement.


I work across the four key areas that tend to have the biggest impact, often encompassing more than one in your plan to achieve the best results and restore your balance. 


Nutritional balance

If you’re low in energy, not sure where to start when it comes to fuelling your body with the right nutrients, or keep reaching for fast energy fixes, I can work with you to create an ideal plan for your needs and support you in achieving a balanced approach that your body needs.


Fitness balance

Whether you want to feel stronger, fitter, or lighter, I’ll work with you on a long-term plan that suits your lifestyle and will help you achieve real results (while also enjoying exercise!) 


Mental Health balance

So many women are dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem and diminished confidence, amongst many other mental health issues. I’ll work with you to address these areas, creating small changes in your everyday life that can have a big effect on improving your perspective, supporting you to feel the way you want to feel.


Lifestyle balance

Close to burnout? Torn between work, family and other responsibilities? Struggling to find the right balance? I’ll support you in assessing and addressing your priorities and putting the changes in place that will get you where you want to be.
