As a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, I specialise in exploring why you aren’t living your healthiest or best life – and support you to get there
My approach is a ‘whole person’ one. I’ll dig deep into your relationship with food, sleep, exercise and movement, your values and priorities, your lifestyle, as well as consider your mental health, your wants and needs, and work with you to get real results.
Through making changes to habits, reframing perspectives, and using proven techniques, I’ll help you to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to improve your everyday.
I’ll give you time, accountability, and a safe space to talk, think and explore your own self, without any judgement.
We’ll kick off with a free phone consultation so I can dig a little deeper into you and your needs, then once I know I can help you, I’ll book you in for a proper session, so we can get started on getting you to where you want to be.
Each session lasts for an hour and can be held in person (if you’re local), on the phone or via zoom. A minimum block of 4 is recommended.
All sessions are completely confidential.
You can expect me to be your personal cheerleader, your accountability buddy and someone who can help you organise your priorities, thoughts and feelings in way to help you thrive.
Health Coaching is bespoke. We work together to put you in the driving seat of your own health. There’s no pre-made programmes to follow, no one size fits all blanket prescriptions, just me asking the right questions for you to decide what is best for you and how you will get to where you want to be.
We move at your pace. We can make big changes quickly if you’re ready or we can take a steadier, slower approach. Together we work out what’s best for you.
We make long term lifestyle change that is built to last. The world is already full of quick fixes that fade quickly. My aim is to not only get you to where you want to be, but to also make sustainable changes to your health that carry on through your life ensuring that you live a healthy and long life.
Health coaching provides accountability, as well as a safe space to share and, reflect on what works for you and find solutions together, with my support and advice.
Health coaching can help you reframe your beliefs. I can help you uncover your real motivators that will get you to where you want to be, as well as your barriers to moving forward, in which we can find solutions together to overcome these. You can often see a positive ‘snow-ball’ effect across other areas of your life.
