*Learn about the importance of the gut and toxicity
*Gain practical tips on food swaps, and breaking habits
*Take away some new healthy recipes
*Be supported to set new intentions, by making small changes with big impact for better nutrition, as well as overall health and wellbeing
*Share and discuss with like minded Mums with the opportunity to join a whatsapp/facebook group
